Service Description

Join Joshua and Lemia for a weekly body-mind-spirit tune-up. This 2-month series with help to transform and transmute what was, embrace what is, and have faith in what can be. You will be anointed by a weekly plant essence, experience cleansing breath work with mudra therapy, practice dynamic movements, enjoy a brief sound bath, and meditate to live mantra music, all in just 45 minutes of time. This weekly practice will help to open the heart, clear the energy channels, and raise the vibratory frequency of the being in order to give and receive Love. All Levels Welcome! Please bring a yoga mat, water, an open heart, and a smile.
