A Womb Reclamation & Feminine Embodiment Ritual
Join Diana for an intimate, nourishing workshop designed to reconnect you with the wisdom of your menstrual cycle and womb space.
Together we will explore the four phases of the menstrual cycle, common womb concerns, and how stress, culture, and conditioning can create disconnection from our feminine body. Through guided discussion, embodied breathwork, womb healing meditation, and sound healing, you’ll be invited to gently restore awareness and connection to your womb space.
