Sound Waves & Sips is a unique collaboration between Twin Star Yoga, High Tide Coffee, and Kristen of Caleb & Rose Wine Club, bringing together deep relaxation, meaningful connection, and delicious wine in one beautiful evening.
We'll begin with a restorative sound bath hosted by Christine, allowing the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and invite you into a state of deep rest. After our practice, stay and connect with the community while enjoying a thoughtfully selected glass of wine provided by Kristen from Caleb & Rose Wine Club. *Ticket Prices include, sound bath and a glass of wine
