It’s spring! Let’s come together and enjoy the beauty of our bodies as well as the gorgeous Landscape we live in! We start the adventure at Twin Star Yoga for an Infrared Yoga class to warm us up! Then we hop onto E-Bikes supplied by Bicycles San Clemente and ride through the bustling neighborhoods down to the beach path towards Twin Star Yoga to take a refreshing yoga class and follow it with a beautiful breathwork class!
