About the event

Shifting Horizons: A Mind-Body Vision Board Workshop

Move, Visualize, and Design the Life You Want

A new year brings fresh possibilities, new perspectives, and an opportunity to get intentional about the life you're creating. But meaningful change begins with more than resolutions—it begins with clarity, connection, and a vision that truly aligns with who you are and where you want to go.

This isn't your typical vision board workshop. Led by Dr. Stacie Cooper/Weaver, Psy.D., this deeply intentional, multidimensional experience blends mindful movement, guided visualization, and positive psychology to help you move beyond simply imagining your goals and begin creating a meaningful path toward them.

We'll begin by quieting the noise of everyday life through gentle, grounding movement and intentional breathwork, creating space to reconnect with yourself. From this place of presence, you'll be guided through a powerful visualization to explore your desires, uncover your core values, and envision what you want to cultivate in the year ahead.

Using thoughtfully curated materials, you'll bring your intentions to life through a personalized vision board that serves as a tangible reminder of your aspirations and the possibilities waiting to unfold.

What You'll Experience & Take Home:

  • Mind-Body Connection: Gentle movement and breathwork to release tension, clear mental clutter, and create space for fresh perspectives.

  • Guided Visualization: A thoughtfully structured journey led by a doctor of psychology and mindfulness instructor to connect with your values, intentions, and vision for the year ahead.

  • Positive Psychology Tools: Explore practical techniques to align your goals with what truly matters to you and create sustainable momentum beyond the excitement of the new year.

  • A Complete Vision Board Kit: All materials provided, including boards, curated imagery, and creative tools to bring your vision to life.

  • Your Personal Compass: Leave with more than a beautiful vision board—take home a meaningful, intentional reminder of the direction you're choosing for your next chapter.

The new year isn't about becoming someone entirely new. It's about creating space for more of who you truly want to be.

Step into this next chapter with clarity, inspiration, and intention. Whether you're calling in growth, connection, abundance, balance, or simply a deeper sense of purpose, this workshop is an invitation to dream intentionally and begin turning those dreams into meaningful action.

No prior yoga, movement, or artistic experience necessary. Just bring an open mind, a little curiosity, and a willingness to explore what's possible.
