Description:

This Level 1 Training course is designed to teach about the origin, history, usage, safety, and healing properties of essential oils, as well as the application techniques and specific protocols for various disharmonies of the mind, body, and spirit.  The intention of the course is to empower each individual to understand the seed of dis-ease and how to use plant essences to help shift the mind, emotions, attitudes, and actions with the support of the Plant Kingdom and ancient mysticism for optimal self-healing.  We will dive deeply into the seven creative planets, numerology, and the essences that support the life journey for optimal health and wellness based on one's birth date, astrology, and planetary makeup.  When one experiences transformation on a personal level, one is ready to help others to do the same.  This training course is rich with information, experience, and wisdom, while supporting an intuitive approach to working with the natural gifts of each essence.  When you are ready to go deep inward for healing and exploration of the self, the natural world, and the Laws of Nature, then this is the perfect course for you.  By attending all 5 classes and completing the requirements for the course, you will become a Certified Aromatherapist through Sacred Scents Aromatherapy.  Once you are certified, you will receive a discount on purchasing essences directly through us.  More details will be shared in class.

About Your Instructors: Lemia Astarabadi & Joshua Bowser

Lemia Astarabadi and Joshua Bowser are Master Aromatherapists, holistic healers, and co-founders of Sacred Scents Aromatherapy, a heart-centered mom and pop company devoted to sharing the spiritual and medicinal power of plants. As lifelong students and teachers of the healing arts, they weave together ancient wisdom and modern practice to guide others in connecting deeply with the consciousness of nature through the use of pure essential oils.

Since 2007, Lemia and Joshua have led workshops, trainings, and certification courses in Medicinal Aromatherapy, helping students cultivate intuitive relationships with plant allies and learn the energetic and therapeutic applications of essential oils for healing the body, mind, and spirit. Their approach is rooted in reverence—honoring the plants as sacred beings and teachers, and emphasizing an experiential journey into plant communication and vibrational medicine.

Lemia brings a wealth of experience as a Master Aromatherapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Yoga Teacher Trainer, Birth Doula, and Educator (M.A. in Education). Her teachings are infused with love, music, and a deep connection to Mother Earth.

Joshua is a Master Aromatherapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher Trainer, and Musician, whose passion for plant medicine, energy work, and conscious living inspires others to walk the path of balance and harmony.

Through Sacred Scents Aromatherapy, their mission is to awaken hearts to the healing intelligence of nature.
