Experience the magic of slowing down and turning inward as you are guided through a journey of Restorative Yoga, Reiki, sound healing, and meditative practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit. Each offering is designed to help you release the weight of the past year, reconnect with your inner light, and plant seeds of intention for the cycle ahead.
