Alex Travis is a reiki master, intuitive reader, healer, and life coach, with experience as a mental health provider for families—yet nothing prepared her for the realities of motherhood. After struggling postpartum with a colic baby, postpartum depression, anxiety, and rage, she realized that the coping strategies she relied on and taught in the past needed to be completely re-written to work with her new life and new self as a mother. Now with the first-hand understanding that a huge disservice to mothers today is our lack of community and specialized care, she offers a sacred space to support moms of all walks of life: Moms’ Night Inward.
