Hey mama — did you know that being in community with other mothers while your kids play nearby can actually help lower stress hormones in the body? Humans are literally designed to mother in groups, yet modern life often leaves us doing it alone.
Join us for a relaxed park meetup at Pines Park in Dana Point on May 16th from 3–5 PM.
Bring your littles for a fun afternoon outside with snacks, toys, storytime, and simple crafts — while you connect with local mamas who get it.
Hosted by Twin Star Yoga and Rage Mama, this is a gentle space to slow down, feel supported, and remember you’re not doing this alone.
