Join us at High Tide Coffee for an energizing Sunrise Flow with Cecily designed to help you begin your week feeling grounded, clear, and connected. We'll gather just moments from the ocean, move our bodies, breathe deeply, and soak up the fresh morning energy together.
The early morning is one of the most nourishing times to connect with yourself. Feeling the sunlight on your face helps signal your body to wake naturally, supports your circadian rhythm, and sets the tone for a more energized, focused day. Combined with mindful movement and intentional breath, it's a simple practice that can completely shift how your week begins.
