Join us for a deeply restorative Gemini Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation as we gather in sacred space to release what no longer serves our highest good and open ourselves to greater clarity, peace, and love.

We will begin by grounding and elevating our energy with medicinal aromatherapy, anointing ourselves with three plant allies to support letting go, clearing, and renewal. Through pranayama (conscious breathwork), we will cleanse and harmonize our energy bodies, creating space within to fully receive the vibrational medicine of sound. Then, settle into a comfortable resting position and surrender to a beautifully orchestrated sound bath. The resonant frequencies of the gong, didgeridoo, singing bowls, wind and rain makers, rattles, drums, xylophone, and other sacred instruments will surround you in waves of sound, inviting deep relaxation, inner harmony, and a renewed connection to your highest and greatest good. We will gently close our journey by sitting together in the vibration of a healing mantra, allowing its empowering resonance to ripple from the inside out.

The Gemini Full Moon invites us to explore our thoughts, mental patterns, and inner dualities with greater awareness and compassion. It offers an opportunity to release limiting beliefs, practice forgiveness, and let go of energies that no longer align with who we are becoming. Through sound, breath, and intention, we will create space to soften, unwind, and surrender to a higher vibration.

As we gather just before Thanksgiving, may this Full Moon ritual help us open our hearts to gratitude, deepen our sense of inner peace, and reconnect with the love that resides within us all.  Come as you are, release what you are ready to let go of, and receive what your heart needs most.

Space is limited to 20 participants, so please pre-register to reserve your spot. We look forward to sharing this sacred sound journey with you!  Please bring water, a yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow, or anything you feel you will need to help you feel comfortable and supported during the session, and dress in layers.
