Join Joshua and Lemia for a healing Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation.  Set your intentions of forgiveness, letting go, surrender, detachment, and self-healing.  The Full Moon starts a two-week period of release.  This is the best time to forgive, surrender, detach, and let go of what no longer serves the highest good.  It is a wonderful portal to come together with community and move energy out of the field.  Get anointed by Sacred Scents Aromatherapy and ground into this ceremony with plant medicine.  Practice three breaths to help release stress, let go of trauma, and activate the self-healing mechanism in the body.  Then, lay down and relax to the healing vibrations of the gong, crystal didgeridoo, chimes, Native flute, crystal singing bowls, rain drum, wind maker, rainstick, xylophone, and more.  End with a healing mantra and bring the vibrational healing inside of the body, mind, and heart.  This is the best way to invoke the waning moon period and utilize the Laws of Nature to assist in our personal healing journeys.
