Join Kristian through breath, sound, movement, touch, and awareness within your female body, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your sensual nature ~ the part of you that feels, receives, and comes alive from within.
This space is for women ready to soften, slow down, and remember the innate wisdom their bodies hold. Together, we’ll explore what it means to feel safe in your body, to take up space in your authentic expression, and to return to your natural state of aliveness, pleasure, and presence.
When we slow down and truly listen, the body becomes a doorway, a portal ~ revealing deeper truth, harnessing more intimate connection, and so much permission to FEEL what is present.
This workshop weaves together gentle yoga, breathwork, vocal activation, somatic practices, and guided meditation to support you in coming home to yourself and your feminine energy ~ your rhythm, your expression, your essence.
