Join us for a two-day immersion into the subtle interplay of the kidneys, bladder, and Water energy. This workshop is designed for both yoga teachers and serious students who seek to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga and the Water element. Through focused asana, pranayama, and meditation, explore the benefits of improved intuition, flow, and kidney health. 


Through this Elemental Yin Yoga Immersion, you will:

  • Deepen your understanding of Yin Yoga and its key principles.

  • Explore the Five Elements and their corresponding meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

  • Develop your personal practice through expansive workshop-style asana, pranayama, & meditation practices. 

  • Examine Yin Yoga sequences that target specific elements and their associated organs and emotions.

  • Learn practices to develop intuition and energetic enhancement 

  • Gain a theoretical and experiential understanding of the anatomical and subtle body
