About the event
BREATH WORK FOR CONSCIOUS LIVING
A 20-Hour Journey Into The Breath, Pranayama, Regulating the Mind, and Shifting Body-Mind-Spirit Through Conscious Breathing
5 Sundays • 4 Hours Each • In Person
Discover the Breath. Transform Your Awareness. Come Home to Yourself.
An immersive journey
into the science, practice, energy, and spirituality of the breath.
What if one of the most powerful tools for changing your experience of life has been with you every moment you've been alive?
Your breath.
We breathe thousands of times each day, often without ever stopping to notice how we breathe, why we breathe the way we do, or how profoundly our breath is connected to our thoughts, emotions, energy, and state of awareness.
The breath is more than a biological function.
It is a bridge.
A bridge between the conscious and unconscious.
Between the body and the mind.
Between movement and stillness.
Between the physical and energetic dimensions of our experience.
Breath Work for Conscious Living is an immersive training designed to help you understand that bridge—and learn how to consciously work with it.
Through science, anatomy, traditional wisdom, energetic practices, meditation, rhythm, movement, and hands-on experience, you will explore the many ways breath can become a doorway into greater self-awareness.
This is an invitation to stop simply breathing—and begin experiencing your breath.
THE BREATH KNOWS THE WAY
The way we breathe can change with our thoughts, emotions, environment, activity, and state of awareness.
And when we begin to consciously explore the breath, we create an opportunity to become more aware of what is happening within us.
In this training, you will learn how breath practices work, why different techniques create different experiences, when particular practices may be appropriate, and how to develop a conscious relationship with your own breath.
You will explore both the measurable and the mystical dimensions of breathing—from anatomy and respiratory physiology to prana, Kundalini energy, the inner Tree of Life, meridians, mudras, bandhas, rhythm, numerology, and the energetic body.
Rather than approaching breath as a single technique, we will explore it as a language.
A language you can learn to speak, listen to, and eventually teach.
THIS TRAINING IS FOR YOU IF…
· You want to develop a deeper relationship with your breath.
· You are curious about breathwork but want to understand more than simply how to perform techniques.
· You want to explore the connection between breath, thoughts, emotions, body awareness, and consciousness.
· You are interested in meditation, yoga, energy work, Kundalini traditions, anatomy, spirituality, or holistic wellness.
· You want practical tools that you can incorporate into your own daily practice.
· Or you feel called to eventually guide others through conscious breathing practices.
· You don't need to be an expert.
· You simply need to be willing to breathe, observe, explore, and discover.

THE SCIENCE OF THE BREATH
There is profound wisdom in understanding what is happening inside the body while we breathe.
We will explore the anatomy and mechanics of respiration alongside traditional breath practices, creating a foundation that allows you to understand not only what you are doing, but why you are doing it.
You will explore:
Breathing mechanics • Nasal vs. mouth breathing • Breath rhythms • Breath rates • Segmented breathing • Anatomy • Respiratory function • Reflex points • Meridians • Bandhas & locks
The more we understand the body, the more consciously we can work with it.
THE SPIRITUALITY OF THE BREATH
Across traditions, breath has been associated with life force, spirit, consciousness, prayer, meditation, and transformation.
In this training, we explore those traditions through experiential practice.
You will be introduced to:
Prana • Kundalini • The Inner Tree of Life • Mudras • Energy circulation • Consciousness • Numerology • Sacred rhythm
We will explore the breath not only as something happening within the body, but as an experience that can bring greater awareness to the relationship between body, mind, energy, and spirit.
LEARN THE LANGUAGE OF RHYTHM
Breath has rhythm.
It has tempo.
It has pauses, patterns, ratios, and cycles.
Changing the way we breathe can change the experience of the practice.
You will explore different breathing rates, tempos, counts, segmented breathing patterns, and numerical structures while learning how to intentionally create and facilitate breath practices.
Rather than memorizing techniques, you will begin to understand the architecture of a breath practice.
That understanding becomes the foundation for creating practices that are purposeful, intentional, and adaptable.
FROM PERSONAL PRACTICE TO FACILITATION
One of the most powerful parts of this training is the opportunity to experience the practices yourself before learning how to share them with others.
You will develop a personal breathwork practice throughout the course.
You will breathe.
You will observe.
You will journal.
You will reflect.
And you will notice.
Through this process, you begin to understand your own relationship with the breath—and from that experience, begin learning how to hold space for others.
You will practice leading breathwork experiences for individuals and groups, developing greater confidence with instruction, pacing, rhythm, presence, and communication.
YOUR PERSONAL BREATH JOURNEY
Throughout the training, your journal becomes part of your practice.
You will document your experiences, observations, questions, discoveries, and relationship with your breath.
Because breathwork isn't only something we learn intellectually.
It is something we experience.
The journal becomes a record of that experience—and a way to witness your own journey over time.
ESSENTIAL OILS & BOTANICAL ALLIES
The breath has a natural relationship with the aromatic world.
We will explore selected essential oils and plant allies that can complement a conscious breathing practice, including why particular aromas may be traditionally associated with respiratory support, grounding, meditation, or energetic practices.
This creates another sensory doorway into the experience of breath.
Breath. Scent. Awareness. Presence.
COME BREATHE DIFFERENTLY
You have taken millions of breaths in your lifetime.
But how many have you truly experienced?
How many have you listened to?
How many have you consciously chosen?
This training is an invitation to discover the breath from multiple perspectives—to understand its anatomy, explore its rhythms, experience its energetic dimensions, and develop practices that can become part of your everyday life.
You may come to learn 14 breathing techniques.
But you may leave with something much more valuable:
a relationship with the breath.
A relationship that can remind you to pause.
To listen.
To become present.
To return to your body.
To become aware.
To breathe.
BREATH WORK FOR CONSCIOUS LIVING
Explore the science.
Experience the practice.
Discover the energy.
Deepen your awareness.
Your breath is with you every moment.
Come discover what becomes possible when you consciously meet it.
