Third Eye Activation Workshop:
Step into a space of stillness, clarity, and inner listening. This intuitive-focused workshop is designed to gently awaken the wisdom within by working with the third eye center—the seat of insight, perception, and inner knowing. Through slow, mindful movement, calming breath practices, and a deeply guided meditation, you’ll be supported in softening mental chatter and tuning into your own intuitive rhythm.
This experience is both grounding and expansive, offering tools to help you feel more present, centered, and connected to yourself long after the workshop ends. Whether you’re feeling curious about intuition or simply craving a moment to pause and reset, this offering meets you exactly where you are. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or energy work is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to listen inward.
