A Spiritual New Year's Eve Sound Bath Meditation

Thursday, December 31, 2026 | 9:00–10:30 PM | TwinStar Yoga Studio

$42 per person | Limited to 20 participants

Led by Lemia & Joshua

How we begin things often becomes the blueprint for how they unfold. New Year’s Eve offers us a powerful opportunity to set the seeds for the coming year, become intentional with a new beginning, and open ourselves to a fresh start—to step into a new archetype and frequency from which we can learn, grow, and evolve. Join Lemia and Joshua for the beginning of your New Year’s Eve celebration and pre-party with your soul! We will gather at 9:00 PM to enter sacred space, anoint ourselves with several plant essences for healing, grounding, elevation, and transcendence, and begin releasing the challenges of the past and the fears of the future. Together, we will set the intention to let go of what no longer serves our highest good and create space for the new energies and possibilities we wish to welcome into our lives.

We will then sink into a deep pranayama practice, using the breath to clear energetic residue, nourish areas of energetic depletion, and awaken the vital life force within. Through conscious breathing, we will invite in fresh pranic energy, release stagnant or limiting patterns, and prepare ourselves to embrace a new beginning with greater clarity, presence, and intention. For an entire hour, we will immerse ourselves in the high-vibrational tones and elemental sounds of the gong, crystal and wooden didgeridoos, crystal and metal singing bowls, Native flute, drums, chimes, crystal pyramid, xylophone, and more. Allow the sacred frequencies and vibrations to wash over you as you relax, surrender, and journey inward. This is a time to quiet the mind, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and open yourself to the transformative possibilities of a new year.

Following our sound journey, we will come together to chant healing mantras for protection, peace, creativity, and healing, inviting these empowering vibrations to resonate from the inside out. Through our collective voices and shared intentions, we will begin planting the spiritual seeds we wish to nurture in the coming year. What energies do you wish to embody? What dreams are ready to take root? What are you ready to release so that something new may emerge? This ritual is an invitation to consciously choose the frequencies, qualities, and intentions you wish to carry forward into your next chapter.

After our meditation, we will share a small celebration with sparkling cider and vegan pastries before heading out to our New Year’s Eve parties and festivities. We invite you to begin your evening with your spiritual community, connecting with the sacred within before celebrating the turning of the year in the outer world. Please bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, an eye pillow, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable during the sound bath. Comfortable, layered clothing is recommended.

We are honored to share this sacred time with you as we stand together at the threshold of a new beginning. Let us release the old with gratitude, welcome the new with open hearts, and consciously plant the seeds of the year we wish to create. May we enter this next chapter with greater peace, creativity, courage, and love. Join us for this powerful New Year’s Eve ritual and celebration as we prepare our minds, bodies, and spirits for the journey ahead.
